FX is the largest market in the world $5 Trillion per day volume
What is FX?
The foreign exchange spot market or "Forex" market is the interbank exchange of one international currency for another. For example, a holder of a deposit in Canadian Dollars may desire to send money to Switzerland to purchase Swiss‑made products for which payment in Swiss Francs is required; the Canadian holder asks his bank to convert his CAD into Swiss Francs. When producers in a country sell their goods and services, payment is eventually received in their local currency. If the producers' products are in high demand, there will be a short supply of their currency, as people will be willing to pay more and more, as it goes. Thus, there has developed a free‑floating currency system where the currencies of various countries trade based on the market's assessment of trade flows, interest rates and other macroeconomic factors.
Forex presents opportunities for speculators who buy and sell in anticipation of rate changes, and to attempt to benefit from favorable price trends. Elite E Services functions as an account manager through Forex brokers who execute clients' spot Forex trading. Forex allows a high degree of leverage that entails increased risk along with the prospect of higher profits than is the case with non‑leveraged accounts. The Advisor's system utilizes a proprietary risk management algorithm that attempts to deal with these risks by limiting the size and number of trades during indicated volatile markets. There can be no assurance, however, that the Advisor's models will be successful in reducing risk. NOTE: Client who hold accounts held at retail RFEDs (Retail Foreign Exchange Dealers)would have trades placed on their account with the RFED (Retail Foreign Exchange Dealer), who may or may not trade in the interbank Forex market.
Why is FX important? The Currency markets determine the value of money. Even if you don't invest in the markets directly, fluctuations in the currency markets can impact your budget, for example due to inflation of products you buy every day. If you do invest, FX should be a part of any portfolio, as any investment is susceptible to FX risk.
Who is involved in FX? The world's largest banks, central banks, businesses, travelers, investors, universities, trust funds, major corporations, small businesses, and retail customers. The fact is, everyone is involved in FX only many are not aware of it.
